A new salad-based restaurant is opening in Scottsdale, and I cannot wait to take my salad-loving family!
At Saladworks, customers create their own salads from over 60 fresh ingredients and 14 dressings, and the salads are freshly prepared in front of the customer by a staff of expertly trained salad creators. They even have special salads for those with food allergies, and you can find out more about the nutritional content of ingredients on their website. Saladworks doesn’t just make fresh salads though. They also have a full line of gourmet sandwiches, paninis, and wraps, plus several daily fresh soups. If you are still hungry after all that food, they also have fresh brownies and cookies, a frozen yogurt bar, and a selection of beers and wine.
Doesn’t Saladworks sound incredible? I am hoping to visit and do a review of their offerings, but in the meantime, here are some luscious photos to whet your appetite until they open.
